Class Actions

In 1997, we were the first law firm in British Columbia to bring a proposed class action to the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Since that time, RK Litigation has acted many times on behalf of classes of plaintiffs who have suffered harm at the hands of large corporations and government.

RK Litigation pursues class actions of all types but has particular expertise in product liability, privacy, pharmaceutical, and environmental class actions.
